The Intellectual Property Services was founded with aim to promote intellectual property matters and easier the process of certain intellectual property for applicants, the patent and trade mark registration. The foundation of the organization goes back to the beginning of the period when the patents and trademarks information became available online.
Trade marks
Trade mark is the term by which the company describes itself, its products and services. Thanks to this they differ from other companies, bringing to the market the same or similar goods and services from the customers´ point of view.
Patents
A patent is legal protection of inventions by guaranteeing patent owner the exclusive right to the industrial application of the invention. Protection is granted for a limited time, usually 20 years.
